What it means to be an amplifier—and why the world needs more of us.
There’s this thing I do. Maybe you do it too.
I feel someone’s energy, hear their message, catch a glimpse of their power—and suddenly I’m lit up. Like, full-body “yes.” Like electricity shooting through my chest. And without even thinking, I start sharing it, naming it, and echoing it.
I amplify it.
It’s not calculated. It’s not strategic. It’s not about what I’ll get in return.
It’s just honest because something deeply resonates with me.
That’s what I mean when I say I’m an amplifier.
In this way I am not always the person holding the spotlight, but the one who turns up the volume on something that already exists.
A truth. A voice. A frequency.
Sometimes it’s someone’s work or message.
Sometimes it’s their story.
And often? It’s their own power—reflected back to them so clearly, they can’t help but claim it.
Amplification, to me, feels like deep kindness.
Like belief made audible.
Like love that ripples into action.
I didn’t always have words for this.
But once someone told me, “You could sell anything you believe in.”
And they were right—because when I believe in something, I can’t shut up about it.
The passion becomes magnetic. And that’s not marketing. That’s embodiment.
This, by the way, is how I coach, speak and build community.
I want people to hear themselves more clearly, see themselves more fully, and feel their truth more deeply.
Even when I’m just writing a post like this, my deepest wish is that something in here makes you say, “Oh. I needed to hear that today.”
This isn’t about being selfless or saintly.
Let’s be clear: I’m not doing this because I don’t have my own message. I do. And it’s powerful. (Amplifying myself, ironically, is still something I work on—because I’m human, too.)
But I genuinely believe the world shifts faster when we stop competing and start lifting. When we stop asking “What about me?” and start asking, “How can we rise together?”
Because amplification is contagious.
Just like bravery. Just like joy.
Once someone sees you do it, they want to do it too.
And suddenly we’re all carrying each other forward.
Here’s the brave truth:
You don’t have to build a stage to be an amplifier.
You don’t need a megaphone.
You just need to feel it in your bones and make it louder—however you can.
So maybe the real question is:
What’s something (or someone) you can amplify today?
And then:
What would it mean if someone did that for you?
Because when the right message reaches the right person at the right moment… Everything changes.
Let’s make that moment happen more often.
