Kindness • Action • Justice

Kaitlin Johnstone has taken TikTok by storm with her socially conscious clothing brand Kind Cotten! What started as a way to put books into the hands of underprivileged children has turned into an incredible platform for awareness, education, and action.

After leaving her teaching job, Kaitlin and her partner Kevin decided to create their inclusive clothing brand, Kind Cotton. The company focuses on redefining kindness and starting pivotal, powerful conversations around what it means to be KIND. They believe in kindness that is rooted in justice, grounded in action, and open to change.

Kind Cotton also provides books to children with every sale. With every item sold, they donate a book to a child. To date, they have donated over 52,000 books to kids. Connect with Kaitlin and check out the AMAZING Kind Cotton Products via their website, Instagram or TikTok.

I'm Heather Vickery

Host and Executive Producer of The Brave Files Podcast.

Each and everyday around the globe, people are showing up for themselves and making a difference in the lives of others with their courageous journeys. Those stories are important to showing others that anything is possible.

If your story is one of acknowledging your fears, being intentional and showing up for yourself even when everything felt like so much, then, I want to share your story.
