Thank you Annie Gaudreault ( @veev_wellness/ ) for this reminder! During this week’s episode of The BRAVE Files Annie shared that momentum builds momentum. If you’re overwhelmed by a goal or project, split it up into bite-sized pieces. Doing something for five minutes is better than doing nothing at all.

For many, boundary-building (a powerful form of self-care) is a relatively new concept. Ok, that’s not fair. You know what boundaries are! You also, probably, know that you’d like stronger, healthier boundaries, but you can’t see a path to having them.
